This adventure starts along our beautiful Viking Cove Beach. The team does a relaxing mile hike on a gentle climb through beautiful temperate rain forests periodically catching glimpses of the beach below along the way. The best photo ops in all of Haines are available at the end of this hour long hike. You will reach our gorgeous private deck – 2000 square feet – built just for our guests this year. The views are unmatched. You will be able to see the mountains rise directly in front of you with stunning glaciers, the ocean below and everything in between! We will meet you at the top to facilitate a team dialog on the high level strategic goals within your own operation. You spend the afternoon discussing your key strategic goals for the coming year and how as a team you will further develop. Depending on the nature of your team, we have a variety of facilitation techniques and activities to help you explore your strategic goals. You also enjoy lunch or happy hour in the meadow depending on the time of day you choose to do this adventure.
