Set the Path for Team Success

Haines Alaska has numerous mountain and coastal trails. We use local guides to teach team based orienteering skills on trails that are suitable to the physical skill level of the team. In this half day activity, you learn how to use GPS tracking systems, how to navigate your way through previously unknown terrain, and how to leverage the capabilities of each team member to find your way in new situations. The teams learn skills on how to literally orient themselves to unique situations as they arise. They learn a process for how to react together as a team in a way that will help them set a course for new situations as they coming into focus.
