Create new ways your team can serve your customers

This is a great activity that helps promote communication and creativity within your team. You go on a cool hunt” with three to four person teams through the town of Haines. In your hunt for “cool”, you spend three to four hours exploring the various businesses and attractions. You then spend the next three to four hours creating a new business or product concept with your team and developing the strategy of how you could deliver the new and unique value to your customers. We use the “blue skies” of Haines to help you develop your “blue sky” ideas. If you have multiple teams doing this – you all vote on the best idea. You also have access to common household tools if you purchase items at the local hardware stores to make mock-ups of your new product concepts (if you go that way with your new business idea).
