Get Great Results, FAST with your Projects

In this event, teams of three to four people build their own kayak over a three day period. The teams work on their kayaks three to four hours a day. On the third day, the teams take out their kayaks in Viking Cove. On the fourth day, if the group wants, and weather permitting, we take the team out on Chilkoot lake with the kayaks (we have a number of extra kayaks so everyone can go out on the lake). During the event, our facilitators are trained to both help the teams build their kayaks and teach them project team management techniques that minimize team conflict. Because of the length of this event, it counts as two events.
